Very Baby products are sewn under a special cottage industry license granted by Very Baby. The custom sewing of diapers, covers, or accessories for resale from Very Baby patterns requires a license and written permission from the copyright owner. While we know that our licensees do their very best to provide you with a quality product, Very Baby does not assume responsibility or any form of liability for the quality of the item made from their designs by any licensee.

At this time order turnaround is approximately one to two weeks. We often ship orders sooner than this time frame, but this takes in to account personal "stuff" at home ~ being a mommy is my first priority. Please remember, these diapers are all handmade, one at a time, by me, at home. Once an order has been placed, we can only allow ONE change to be made. Mistakes become more likely as more changes are made. We want you to be pleased with your order the minute it arrives, so we are limiting the changes to just one per order. Thank you for your undertsanding. Our Very Baby Diapers, Minkee Loveys, wipes. etc. are individually made by hand. Products will contain natural variations in craftsmanship although we do our best to reach perfection.

We will ship to all 50 United States and internationally. Shipping charges are flat rate for US cutomers. For international customers, please contact me by email as additional shipping charges will apply. All our domestic and international shipping charges are close to actual cost. If your order weighs more than the shipping cost charged, we will pay the difference.

Our shipping fees are based on past shipping experience and in most cases your fees are lower than actual cost.

Return Policy : Please inspect your items and try them on your baby before washing. We will only accept unused and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee, but additional shipping charges may apply. Please email me in advance before returning an item. No reimbursement will be made for original shipping charges. I will only work with the original buyer on returns. (Please keep this in mind when sharing a custom slot or buying a used VB ~ I have seen FS posts that state the dipes were made by me, or are only X weeks old, when neither has been the case.) I strive to bring you only top-quality products. All items are covered against defect in the materials or workmanship for up to 60 days. If a problem should arise, please email me so that we can work towards a resolution. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or exchanged at my discretion. There will be no refunds or exchanges for custom orders with embroidery. Material and workmanship defects on custom orders with embroidery will be repaired or exchanged at my discretion. Lay Away : I have had some inquiries about Lay Away and do I have this option. Of course! I don't have asset policy on this, but something like 25% down and pay within 30 days (or more by arrangement) is fine. I know sometimes it's hard coming up with the cash for an order, so I'd like to make it as easy as I can for you. Email me and we'll work out some arrangements. WAHM Trades : Are you a WAHM? Are you interested in a trade? I love WAHM trades! I trade dollar for dollar (no sales or discounts will be factored in on either side) and we each pay to ship our own product.
